Introduction: I have received a vast amount of help with this site, and it is undeniably true that I'd never have managed to put together such a comprehensive website without outside assistance.

I  always try to source  information given to me, but there are a few cases where I  haven't been given  full details to allow me to put in the credit where due, and on one occasion, I was daft enough to lose them (though no one has ever complained!). If you find uncredited information on this site, please drop me a line with the correct information, and I will update it as soon as possible.
